Rent and lease conditions

Booking
At the time of booking a deposit  of 50% of the rent fee must be paid.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the boarding. If the booking is made within 30 days preceding the departure the whole sum must be paid at the moment of booking.
Optional must be asked when booking and will be paid when boarding.

Documentation
All passengers must carry a valid ID on board.

Variations
Salento Nautica s.r.l. reserves the faculty of changing the chosen boat with others having the same o superior features, owing to circumstances beyond one’s control.

Deposit
When boarding a deposit must be paid to cover the excess clause. The deposit will be returned, with no interests, after making sure that no damages, losses, breach of contract or violation of binding clauses were made during the cruise.

Waiver
Waiver on rent is possible only until the 20th day before the departing date.
The deposit will be returned only if Salento Nautica s.r.l. is able to rent the boat at the same conditions, otherwise no sum will be returned.
A percentage will be retained from the refund for commission rates.

Boarding conditions
Daily OPTION: boarding at 10:00 – landing at 18:00
WEEK END OPTION: boarding FRIDAY at 17:00 – landing SUNDAY at 18:00
WEEKLY OPTION: check in SATURDAY at 17:00 – check out FRIDAY at 18:00 (overnight stay on board until SATURDAY at 9:00 )
